The Coordinating Ministry for Politics, Law, and Security (Kemenko Polhukam) of Indonesia required the development of a safe, reliable, and independent telecommunications network for the Government of Indonesia. In this digital age, the threat of cyber-attacks on Government networks is a threat to national defense, national security, and national political stability. Due to this, the Government plans to develop a Secure Independent Network on a national scale. The objective of the assignment was to carry out Phase 1 of this broader project, which involved a Feasibility Study to review the critical conditions of defense, security, and political stability by developing an Academic Brief, Financial Assessment, and Economic Assessment of developing a Secure Independent Network.
Osana assisted the Ministry of Politics, Law, and Security by providing an Economic Assessment that involved an Economic Rate of Return (EIRR) for both the governing bodies involved in Phase 1 of the project, as well as projecting the EIRR on a national scale. Osana provided a report and presentation on the findings and recommendations of the Economic Assessment.
