This assignment was under the Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund (IIGF) to conduct a financial appraisal for Water Sector Projects. The objective of the assignment was to actively guide and assist the IIGF team in providing consultation and guidance to the CAs and its advisors and assist IIGF in assessing project viability, assessing the risks underlying the project, developing risk mitigation tools and plans, and recommend whether the project can be guaranteed.
Osana assisted the IIGF by participating in stakeholder consultations, liaising with project stakeholders for project information and documents, translation of documents, outputs, and deliverables produced by the team from Bahasa Indonesia to English and vice versa, provide quality assurance by signing off on translated outputs and deliverables submitted to the client, reviewed and provided recommendations to the client, and supported in the presentation of output and deliverables.
