The objective of this assignment was to facilitate the acceleration of Project Implementation of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) for selected Ministries, Institutions, and Local Government. This was done through a pre-feasibility study to prepare an Outline Business Case (OBC) for several PPP projects in street lighting and satellite development in Solo and Jakarta.
Osana assisted through (1) reviewing and updating the pre-feasibility study documents in regards to legal and institutional, technical, economic and commercial studies, environmental and social studies, the model of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) in the provision of infrastructure, risk assessment, needs of the government document and government guarantees, and (2) providing draft for procurement of goods and services.
