The Fourth Health Project (HP-IV) Mid-Term Review assessed outputs of the HP-IV Project by key indicators and compared them with planned targets, reviewed scheduled implementation activities, identified issues delaying Project implementation, recommended solutions and analyzed policy and strategic methodology aimed at achieving Project objectives. The combined experience and familiarity of the team, which consisted of one team leader and four specialists in health management and economist, uniquely allowed the HP-IV Mid-Term Review to be conducted successfully and swiftly through the months of October through December 1998, including field visits to the five provinces covered and coordinating dialogues with the Government of Indonesian and World Bank Staff.
